pure madness

Madness...
Today by the time i ended work and reached home was already like 11pm.
And the first thing i did when i stepped into my house.
I went to change to my sport attire and went jogging at chong boon park.
On the way back, i was walking home from amk mrt.
I was thinking it since like very long time never go jogging le.
(Actully not very long, i went jogging last week, it was like few days back)
But in that very moment, i really felt like and really wanted to go jogging la.
I was at the traffic light near my house market.
I saw the chong boon park that near the market.
My first thought was like i definitely must go jogging.
So i went home, changed and went jogging.
I wasn't even properly attire for jogging lo.
I leave my puma sports shoe at my library locker.
It's troublesome to go search for my sports shoes that in the storeroom.
So in the end, i wore my canvas shoes and went for the jog.
I jogged consecutively non-stop for 4 rounds at the park.
I wanted to continue to jog like last time when i jogged for 8 rounds.

But i promise my mom to reach home in 30 minutes time.
From my house walked to the park, back and fro take 10 minutes le.
Than, i only left 20 minutes to jog, can't really jog much lo.
I'm lazy and found it troublesome to bring my house keys out.
So my mom had to wait for me to come back home to open the doors.
By the time, i jogged finished reached home is like 11.35pm le.

Actually, i should continue to jog at park, wasted sia.
Cause my mom never really open the doors for me, she just left it unlock.
I really like, enjoy and love to jog at night especially late at night.
It like so quiet and serene, environment, atmosphere, air and everything.
Which is so just right and prefect for jogging.
The best part is that i had the whole park for myself.
Need not change course turn left and right when many people around.
Jogging at night is really one of my favourite and healthy pastime.
Especially when i has jogged non-stop for many rounds.
After the jog, my muscles are not aching and i don't feel beathless at all.
It feels damn good and refresh la.
I must at least jog once a week.
If possible, i like to get back to my old routine to jog on alternate days.
If time premits and everything goes well i can go jogging everyday.
Yeah...
